Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Solar Site Engineer (Electrical)

to join our team immediately for a ground-mounted solar project in Sangli. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing electrical installations, commissioning, and operations of solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar PV systems. Handle electrical work including cabling, inverter, transformer, LT/HT panel, and switchgear installation. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site. Ensure quality control as per design specifications and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / B.E. or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

ground-mounted solar projects

. Good knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, and solar plant design layouts. Hands-on experience in electrical installation, testing, and commissioning. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and solar monitoring tools. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Must be willing to stay at the project site in Sangli.
