The company is hiring an experienced

Solar Site Engineer

to manage on-site execution of solar projects.

The ideal candidate must have

1-3 years of experience in the Solar Industry

with strong knowledge of

solar installation, commissioning, service, project supervision, and site management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise complete

solar panel installation

, mounting structures, wiring, and commissioning. Conduct

site surveys

, feasibility checks, and load assessments. Monitor execution of projects as per

TATA Power quality standards

. Troubleshoot and provide

solar system service and maintenance

. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Prepare

daily site reports

, documentation, and material requirements. Ensure site safety protocols and smooth project handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

1-3 years of experience in Solar EPC / Solar Installation

. Strong technical knowledge of

PV systems, inverters, structures, and safety compliance

. Ability to handle multiple sites and manpower efficiently. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
