We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Civil Site Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Ground Mount Solar Power Projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site civil works, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civil construction activities at the solar site, including land development, foundations, trenches, and roadworks. Ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the project team for timely execution. Handle material planning, resource allocation, and on-site measurements. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site inspection reports, and documentation. Coordinate with structural and electrical teams to ensure integrated project execution. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct site surveys and assist with layout marking for structures and solar module mounting.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in

Ground Mount Solar Projects

(utility-scale preferred). Strong knowledge of civil works related to solar PV installations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel. Ability to work independently at the site and manage the workforce. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willing to join

immediately

and be stationed full-time at the Sangli site.
