The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems. Key Responsibilities: Installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel systems Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar systems Troubleshoot and repair any system faults or issues Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Coordinate with the project manager and clients during installations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar panel installation and maintenance Basic understanding of electrical systems Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions Good communication and teamwork skills ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics (preferred but not mandatory) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday) 1 Paid Leave per Month
