Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits clear.
Generate qualified leads and close sales .
Maintain call quality, compliance, and data accuracy
Mandatory experience in Solar Sales / Solar Telesales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable working early morning shifts
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Shift Details
: Shift Timing: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Fixed early morning shift)
Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to ?30,000 - ?50,000 per month (Fixed salary + performance-based incentives)
