Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Manager at Soltrac Power located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building and maintaining client relationships.

Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Market Research skills
Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Experience in creating and implementing sales plans
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
