Solar Sales Manager
to join our team and drive solar energy adoption through expert consultation and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets, providing coaching and training to ensure high performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and meet business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Become an expert on solar energy products, conducting demos and presentations to showcase their benefits.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to spot growth opportunities.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts and drive overall business success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing sales teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies
Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
Technical knowledge of solar energy products and solutions is a plus
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
Willingness to travel as needed

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in the solar industry required.
Personal vehicle and driving license required.
Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of OPEX and CAPEX, with the ability to effectively communicate financial models to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Willingness to travel across India as required.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in startup environments is a plus.

Pay: ?500,000.00 per month
