Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
Handle complete sales cycle for 3-5 MW+ cumulative solar projects
Meet monthly & annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead & mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals
Develop channel partners and dealer networks
Conduct partner training for product knowledge and sales process
Coordinate with technical, design & installation teams
Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations
Prepare proposals, quotations & ensure timely deal closures
Analyse market trends and competitor activity
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports & forecasts
Provide strategic insights to management for business growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
