Job Description

Tejas Globex Private Limited (TGPL) is looking for an energetic

Solar Sales Executive

to drive sales of rooftop and EPC solar solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, site coordination, and closing solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital sources Pitch solar rooftop and EPC solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients Conduct preliminary site visits and coordinate technical feasibility Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with engineering teams Follow up with clients and close sales deals Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills:



Basic knowledge of solar rooftop and EPC solutions Strong communication and persuasion skills Willingness to travel and work in the field Self-driven, target-oriented mindset Basic proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp/email communication

Experience:



1-3 years of experience in solar / electrical / field sales Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply

Qualification:



Graduate / Diploma
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Experience:

solar energy: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:

English, hindi, bengali (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
