Solar Field Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: - Generate Leads: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. - Conduct Site Visits: Visit sites to assess solar potential and provide technical guidance. - Sales Conversions: Pitch solar solutions, handle objections, and close sales deals. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions. Requirements: - Experience: 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - Education: Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for engineering or business backgrounds. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar technology and its applications is desirable. Salary Range: - ₹10,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. - Additional incentives and benefits may be provided, such as health insurance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
