Job Description

We're looking for energetic, self-driven salespeople who can convert leads, educate customers, and close deals. If you're in real estate, insurance, or field sales -- this is a high-income opportunity with zero investment.

What You'll Do Follow up with potential leads provided by the company (or self-generated if experienced) Educate customers on the benefits of going solar -- cost savings, ROI, government subsidies Set up and attend site visits (if local) or coordinate virtually (if remote)

Work with our technical team to generate and deliver proposals Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations.

What You'll Earn Commission per deal: ?10,000 - ?25,000+ (5-10% of total project value, depending on system size and sales role).

Performance bonus: Extra rewards for 3+ deals/month Unlimited earnings potential -- the more you close, the more you earn.

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi + basic English.

Comfortable talking to homeowners and explaining benefits Own a smartphone, good communication skills, and hunger to earn Can work independently or part-time alongside another job.
