We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Solar Field Sales Executive
to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer education, and closing sales while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and feasibility
Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer needs
Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and incentives
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in field sales (solar or renewable energy preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas
Basic knowledge of solar systems and energy concepts (training may be provided)
Valid driver's license (if required for field travel)
