Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and market research.
Present and explain solar products, solutions, and benefits to clients.
Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (solar industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Basic technical understanding of solar systems is an added advantage.
