Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects
Meet potential customers and explain solar products, benefits, and ROI
Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for closure
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain sales reports and update CRM / tracking sheets
Coordinate installation schedules with the operations team
Provide after-sales support when required
? Requirements:
1-3 years of sales experience (solar / electrical / hardware preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way to customers
Must be willing to travel within Kochi / nearby areas
Malayalam and English proficiency required
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Salary: 20000 + incentives
