Job Description

A Solar Sales Executive promotes and sells solar energy systems by identifying potential customers, conducting site assessments, educating clients on benefits and costs, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Key responsibilities include lead generation through various methods, assessing client energy needs, presenting customized solutions, building customer relationships, and collaborating with installation teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Find new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online outreach to generate interest in solar energy solutions.

Customer Engagement:

Meet with potential residential, commercial, or industrial clients to understand their energy consumption and requirements.

Site Assessments:

Visit customer locations to gather technical information, assess feasibility, and determine the best solar system design for their needs.

Sales & Proposal Development:

Prepare customized sales proposals, quotes, and presentations that highlight the benefits of solar energy, potential savings, and positive environmental impacts.

Product Demonstrations:

Showcase solar-related equipment, explaining its features and answering questions about cost, maintenance, and reliability.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate prices and contracts, ultimately closing sales deals and securing long-term partnerships with customers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaboration:

Work with internal engineering, technical, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest solar industry trends, technologies, regulations, and competitive products to provide accurate and effective guidance.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to relate technical information in layman's terms. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with sales software and office applications is often a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
