Lead Handling & Sales Conversion



Manage incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, CRM Understand customer electricity usage & requirements Explain solar benefits, ROI, system components, and subsidy Provide quotations, negotiate, and close deals Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure conversion

PM SuryaGhar Scheme (Mandatory)



Register customer applications on PM SuryaGhar Portal Guide customers through subsidy documentation & portal process Coordinate required documents with customers and internal teams Ensure error-free data submission and compliance

Coordination & Documentation



Prepare proposals and coordinate with design/technical team Update CRM regularly with lead status Ensure smooth handover of sold projects to operations

Customer Relationship Management



Answer queries related to solar, subsidy, and installation Maintain professional communication and long-term customer trust
