Job Description

Key responsibilities

Lead generation:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online inquiries.

Site assessments:

Conduct on-site visits to assess residential roofs for suitability, analyze energy usage, and identify potential shading issues.

Sales presentations:

Present the benefits of solar products and services, including cost savings and available incentives, to potential clients.

Proposal and quote creation:

Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts based on the client's specific needs and site conditions.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to bring in new customers.

Customer relationship management:

Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.

Sales target achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Industry knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest solar products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Collaboration:

Work with engineering and project teams to ensure proper installation and after-sales service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
