Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for solar products and projects.
Meet with potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) to explain solar energy solutions.
Conduct site visits and feasibility studies in coordination with the technical team.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project reports to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and government policies related to solar energy.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to enhance customer experience.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to build brand visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E in Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
1-5 years of proven experience in
solar sales, renewable energy, or power solutions
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of solar panels, inverters, and other related products.
Ability to work independently and meet business goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
