Kraftwork is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team at

Bangalore

. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our EPC services for solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. You will leverage your technical knowledge and strong sales acumen to identify clients, develop project proposals, close deals & guide projects to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales



Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for rooftop solar installations targeting Residential, MSME and Apartment clients Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, industries, and hospitality clients. Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations. Collaborate with design and technical teams for proposal preparation, costing, and system layouts. Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Technical & Project Evaluation



Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses. Recommend optimal system designs, inverter technologies, and mounting structures. Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations. Help manage projects implementation through various stages to completion. Review PV system performance reports and provide insights for improved efficiency.

Location: Bangalore.



Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree

in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy). 6-8 years in solar rooftop sales or within a solar EPC environment. Strong knowledge of PV system design, costing, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Leadership capability to guide and mentor juniors.

Self-motivated with a strong results orientation. Open to travel and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
