Solar Sales Engineer

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, load requirements, and installation conditions Prepare solar system designs, technical proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements Explain solar solutions, system performance, ROI, and government subsidies to customers Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale technical support when required Handle documentation related to proposals, approvals, and project handover Track leads, follow up regularly, and update CRM/sales reports Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, products, and market trends

Preferred Skills & Competencies (Optional Section)



Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to convert leads into successful sales Willingness to travel for site visits Basic knowledge of net metering and solar regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
