Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Conduct client meetings, explain product offerings, and provide customized solar solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.

Technical & Testing



Perform on-site testing, installation supervision, and commissioning of solar power systems. Conduct quality checks and ensure systems meet performance standards and compliance. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide corrective actions. Support in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation. Work with the project team to ensure smooth handover of solar systems to clients.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
