Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1-2 years experience in solar / electrical / sales coordination
Knowledge of solar documentation and approval processes
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to coordinate with sales team, engineers, and customers
Basic understanding of net metering, KSEB procedures, and subsidies
Strong follow-up and documentation skills
