Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and coordinating efforts to promote our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their energy goals.

Duties



Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy. Engage in negotiations with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes to customers. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the solar market. Lead training sessions for new team members on sales strategies and product knowledge.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales; previous experience in solar sales is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
