Key Roles & Responsibilities



Generate and convert leads for

Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I)

solar EPC projects Meet clients, understand power requirements, and conduct preliminary site assessments Prepare and present solar proposals including system sizing, pricing, and ROI Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements Maintain strong customer relationships from enquiry to project handover Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for smooth project delivery

Experience & Skills



0-4 years of experience in

solar sales / EPC sales / technical B2B sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a proactive sales mindset Comfortable with site visits and local travel
