Bearworx Engineering Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing solar energy provider in Hyderabad, and we're looking for a multi-talented Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only guide homeowners on their journey to solar but also be a key player in our marketing and lead generation efforts. This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who thrives on challenge and wants to grow with a company that is powering a sustainable future.

Roles & Responsibilities



Sales & Consultation (60%)



Actively follow up on inquiries, listen to customer needs, and provide expert advice on the benefits of switching to solar. Visit customer homes to conduct initial site assessments, analyze electricity bills, and determine the optimal solar solution. Design and present clear, compelling proposals outlining system specifications, financial savings, ROI, and subsidy information. Confidently handle customer queries, negotiate contract terms, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Lead Generation & Field Marketing (30%)



Generate your own leads through on-the-ground BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities. Set up and manage promotional kiosks in residential communities, apartment complexes, and local events. Build strong relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), local electricians, and architects to create a robust referral network.

Customer & Brand Advocacy (10%)



Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial contact through to post-installation. Collect customer testimonials and take high-quality photos/videos of completed projects for our social media and marketing materials. Act as a professional and knowledgeable ambassador for Bearworx in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills



Must-Haves:



Minimum 2-4 years of proven success in a B2C direct sales role (e.g., solar, home automation, real estate, insurance, or other high-value products). Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license for daily travel within Hyderabad. Fluency in English and Telugu is required. Working knowledge of Hindi is a plus. Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic CRM tools.
