Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Solar Rooftop Engineer

to handle the

design, installation, execution, and commissioning

of rooftop solar power plants for

residential, commercial, and industrial projects

.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of

solar PV systems

, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Execute

rooftop solar PV installations

(residential, commercial & industrial). Conduct

site surveys

and feasibility assessments for rooftop solar systems. Supervise mounting structure installation, module fixing, cabling, earthing & lightning protection. Coordinate with design and electrical teams for layout and SLD implementation. Ensure compliance with

MNRE, DISCOM, and safety standards

. Monitor project timelines, quality, and manpower at site. Handle

testing, commissioning, and handover

of rooftop solar projects. Attend customer meetings and resolve technical queries. Prepare site reports, material checklists, and project documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Electrical or Civil Engineering

.

1-5 years of experience

in rooftop solar project execution. Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, MMS, DC/AC cabling, earthing & protection systems. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and electrical schematics. Good communication and site management skills. Willingness to travel within the city or nearby locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
