We are looking for a Solar Quality Control Engineer to join our manufacturing plant in Halol. The role involves ensuring product quality across the solar PV module manufacturing process, from incoming materials to final inspection and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control quality at all stages of PV module manufacturing
Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and finished modules
Conduct routine tests as per IEC/IS standards (EL, flash test, visual inspection, etc.)
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and support corrective/preventive actions
Maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records
Coordinate with production and process teams to improve product quality
Support internal and external audits
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in solar PV module manufacturing QC
Working knowledge of IEC/IS standards for solar modules
Familiarity with QC tools, testing equipment, and documentation
Attention to detail and a no-compromise approach to quality
Location Preference:
Candidates willing to work full-time at our Halol, Gujarat manufacturing facility.
