We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Solar Trainer to teach students inSolar Technology, Installation, Maintenance, and related job-ready skills. The trainer will beresponsible for delivering theory and practical sessions, preparing training materials, assessing trainees' performance, and supporting them in placements within the solar industry. Training Management ? Maintain attendance records, trainee feedback, and progress reports. ? Support trainees during class, assessment, and practical labs. ? Provide guidance for certification programs and job placement. ? Ensure training equipment, tools, and lab materials are properly maintained. Patience
