Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical sessions on Solar PV installation.
Demonstrate mounting structure, wiring, inverter connection, and safety practices.
Train students on basic operation & maintenance of solar systems.
Ensure safety norms and proper use of tools during practical sessions.
Support internal and external assessments when required.
Maintain attendance and basic training records.
Guide trainees for field work and job readiness.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy.
