We are Looking for an Solar PV installer Trainer for Govt. Project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach trainees how to install solar PV systems by showing them how to put together solar panels, connect wiring, and set up inverters and other parts.
Show trainees how to use the tools and equipment needed for solar PV installation.
Guide and support trainees during practical sessions, making sure they gain real-world experience.
Keep accurate records of each trainee's progress and performance.
Qualifications:
ToT certified. (Not mandatory)
Proven experience in solar installation and training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
