Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems as per design specifications. Coordinate and ensure timely procurement of materials and solar components. Supervise and guide junior technicians and laborers during installation. Conduct site assessments and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to electrical connections, system performance, or structural integration. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and site reports. Liaise with project managers, vendors, and clients as required. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in solar installation projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy components (inverters, batteries, mounting structures, etc.). Experience in material planning and vendor coordination.
