Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle--from feasibility to commissioning--while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

₹ Lead and manage residential, commercial, or utility-scale solar projects from inception to completion.

₹ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

₹ Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

₹ Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

₹ Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting

requirements.

₹ Oversee procurement activities and manage vendor relationships effectively.

₹ Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations as necessary.

₹ Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

₹ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and

completion certificates.

₹ Identify potential risks and resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Requirements:

₹ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).

₹ 4-8 years of experience in solar energy or renewable infrastructure projects.

₹ Proven track record of delivering solar projects on time and within budget.

₹ Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design and installation practices.

₹ Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.

₹ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

₹ Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

₹ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, or similar solar design software.

₹ Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and grid interconnection procedures.

₹ Experience in financial modeling, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for solar projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
