Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable

Solar Project Manager

to lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple solar projects (100 kW - multi-MW scale) from planning to commissioning. Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor execution. Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and authorities for approvals and inspections. Control project costs, track budgets, and prepare progress reports. Ensure timely procurement and vendor management. Conduct quality checks, safety audits, and risk assessments. Handle project documentation, MIS reporting, and project closure. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in solar EPC project execution, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, grid integration, and DISCOM approval processes. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera), PVSyst, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively.
