Kraftwork is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our EPC services for solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. You will leverage your technical knowledge and strong sales acumen to identify new clients, develop project proposals, and close deals.

Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring end to end completion of residential/commercial PV projects.

Customer Success

: Lead Customer Success team and Enable proper communication with customers to ensure that the customer is aware of the project status, next step, payment milestones etc.

Project Management

: End to end management of the project including Loan processing, KSEB/MNRE process requirements, BOM creation, material handling, installation management and service troubleshooting.

Site supervision

: Manage a team of site supervisors to get correct and timely site surveys, provide detailed project explanation to customers, handle on site installation progress and issues Ensuring proper Material Management through purchase and warehouse teams and overseeing aspects of Warehouse Operations and Purchase Manage a team of installers and ensure proper allocation of resources for project installation, day to day tracking of project completion status and remove any bottlenecks that come up during installation Troubleshooting: Handle post installation technical queries of the customer related to power production, maintenance and service. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, and tracking the referrals generated through the project teams.

Qualifications



Educational requirement: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline Proven project manager in Solar Power Min 6 yrs in Solar project management or operations or sales Excellent communication and consultative sales skills. Self-motivated, Go-getter Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy) Experience working in renewables/solar industry

Location: Kochi



Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in selling solar EPC services Working knowledge of solar project financing options. Understanding of solar PV technology, EPC project lifecycles, and the competitive landscape. Understanding of relevant permitting processes for solar installations.
