Responsibilities

:

Manage end-to-end execution of on-grid solar projects (500 kW to 10 MW), both rooftop and ground-mounted. Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams for timely and quality project delivery. Coordinate site survey planning and ensure accurate data is collected. Review and guide the design team to align engineering layouts with project and site requirements. Prepare and/or validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project. Optimize material planning to avoid shortages or excesses. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials. Oversee dispatch plans and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to project sites. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., DISCOMs, government bodies) to obtain necessary permissions and approvals. Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports and dashboards. Project progress reporting to client. Maintain documentation related to design approvals, dispatch schedules, commissioning checklists, and compliance. Track plant performance post-commissioning and coordinate with the O&M team to ensure expected energy generation and uptime. Identify and resolve issues that may affect performance KPIs. Build and manage a project control team that includes planning, BOQ management, reporting, and vendor coordination. Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, and execution). Identify potential project risks (delays, shortages, design conflicts) and resolve them proactively to avoid impact on timelines or quality.

Experience :

Min. 8 Years - only Solar EPC based similar roles (non-negotiable)

Qualification :

B.E. Electrical, Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate

Age :

30 Years and above (non-negotiable)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
