Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects (EPC/RESCO models) Manage site surveys, technical design, vendor coordination, and installation supervision Handle project planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery Liaise with clients, DISCOMs, and government bodies for net metering and approvals Develop and lead a field team of engineers and technician

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) Minimum 7

years

of experience in solar project execution & management Strong knowledge of MNRE/DISCOM regulations, net metering, and subsidy norms Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and site-level management Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
