Project Planning & Execution - Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of solar power projects.
Contractor & Manpower Management - Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and ensure efficient workforce allocation.
Technical Oversight - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Communication & Coordination - Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Proper Reporting - Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Problem-Solving - Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
B.TECH IN EE/EEE
2+ years of experience in solar PV project engineering or a similar role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage contractors, manpower, and site operations effectively.
