We are looking for a

Solar Site Engineer

to manage the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems at project sites. In this role, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. If you are passionate about renewable energy, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Visit sites to check feasibility, gather data, and understand environmental factors for system design. Plan, schedule, and execute solar PV projects at various sites. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), technical drawings, and reports. Help plan project layouts, including mounting structures and cable arrangements. Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Handle paperwork for KSEB and MNRE approvals. Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components. Test and commission solar systems to ensure they meet performance standards. Monitor on-site activities to ensure work is completed as planned. Keep daily progress reports and work logs updated. Carry out maintenance, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and solar panel cleaning.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in solar projects (preferred).

Key Skills:

Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working on-site and traveling as needed. Proficiency in using basic tools and software for reporting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and use project management tools. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and solar design software.

Other Requirements:

Only male candidates residing in the Palakkad region are eligible to apply. A valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
