Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in solar project coordination or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in
Electrical Engineering

Renewable Energy
, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of solar projects--from initial planning to execution and completion--ensuring timely delivery within the defined budget.
Conduct thorough
site assessments
, coordinate with site teams, and ensure all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.
Prepare, update, and maintain complete
project documentation
, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and other required records.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve
site-related issues
by collaborating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain transparent and effective communication with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Handle
contract negotiations
, change orders, and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
