Role Overview

We are seeking a

Solar Project Engineer

who will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and monitoring solar power projects. The candidate will work closely with our design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and engineering of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems Prepare technical drawings, SLDs, and project documentation Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for equipment selection Supervise installation and commissioning activities at project sites Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, and other regulatory requirements Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards Provide technical support to sales and business development teams
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply) 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar PV projects (EPC preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) Strong understanding of electrical design, load calculations, and solar plant design principles Excellent communication and project management skills Willingness to travel to project sites
