Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role in the renewable energy sector. Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of solar projects, from initial planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct detailed site assessments, coordinate with site teams, and ensure that all site activities comply with project requirements and safety standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and any other required documentation. Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues, working closely with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of site work and field operations in solar projects. Ability to prepare detailed project documentation and reports. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle site-related issues effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
