2-4 years in solar project coordination (preferably ground-mounted systems)
Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-mounted solar projects. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects from initiation to commissioning
Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using project management tools
Liaise with procurement, civil, and electrical teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain documentation for statutory compliance (ESIC, GST, labor laws, etc.)
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues
Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders
Support in vendor evaluation and contract management
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree Electrical in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
2-4 years of experience in solar project coordination (ground mount preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of solar EPC processes and regulatory compliance
Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
