Supervise and coordinate daily solar production activities and workforce schedules
Ensure production goals, timelines, and quality standards are met
Monitor solar panel manufacturing processes or solar power generation performance
Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Train, coach, and evaluate production staff
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtime
Track production data, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams
