Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert prospects into sales for
solar products and solutions

Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team for timely project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years in sales (Solar industry experience preferred).
Education:
B.E. in
Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical
(mandatory).
Languages:
Must be fluent in
Kannada and English
.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Other:
Should have a strong customer-centric approach and willingness to travel for client meetings.
