Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence in the solar power plant sector. Identify and pursue potential clients within targeted industries, such as utilities, manufacturing, municipalities, and commercial properties. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits and ROI of solar power plant projects.

Marketing Campaigns and Lead Generation

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing, email outreach, and event-based strategies. Create content for marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, presentations, and online resources, to attract prospective clients. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on metrics like conversion rates, lead quality, and customer feedback.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including energy managers, facility directors, sustainability officers, and government representatives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Maintain and update client information in CRM systems to track opportunities and progress through the sales pipeline.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy sector. Analyze competitors' offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation to enhance the company's value proposition. Report insights and recommendations to management to inform sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Event and Networking Management

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and build a network of potential clients. Organize and coordinate webinars, seminars, and other events aimed at educating clients about the benefits of solar power plants. Develop promotional materials and follow-up strategies to maximize engagement and conversion post-event.

Collaboration and Sales Support

Work closely with engineering, finance, and project management teams to customize proposals, including financial modeling, environmental impact, and ROI analysis. Ensure that marketing and sales materials align with technical specifications and client requirements. Support the sales team by preparing documents, presentations, and other resources needed for client meetings and negotiations.

Sales Reporting and Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and feedback to continuously refine sales tactics. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
