Key Responsibilities
Perform
Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
activities for solar power plants.
Monitor plant performance and ensure optimal power generation.
Prepare
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
performance reports.
Coordinate and supervise O&M works and maintenance activities.
Handle correspondence, technical documentation, and reporting requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with
Head Office
,
KSEBL
, and other authorities as needed.
Troubleshoot system issues and support preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in solar plant operations or electrical maintenance roles.
Strong understanding of solar power plant systems and O&M procedures.
Good knowledge of monitoring tools, inverters, and plant instrumentation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
