Generate sales for solar parts and components such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and other accessories.
Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network across Kolkata and nearby regions.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers including retailers, EPC companies, installers, and contractors.
Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain proper sales data, prepare reports, and update CRM/records regularly.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Support marketing activities, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales of solar parts/components OR electrical/renewable energy products.
Strong knowledge of solar products and basic technical understanding of components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within city and nearby regions for business development.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
