Job Description

Job Role: Sales Executive - Solar Panel Solutions Location: Lucknow Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary: ₹12,000 - ?18,000/month (plus incentives)

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and digital platforms. - Meet potential residential and commercial clients to pitch solar energy solutions. - Understand customer needs and provide suitable solar panel system suggestions. - Explain basic solar energy benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies. - Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the technical/design team. - Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed clients. - Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, and sales closures. - Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the sales manager. - Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Who Can Apply: - Experience in field sales, electrical products, or solar is a plus . - Must have good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus. - Should be comfortable traveling locally (preferably with a two-wheeler).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
