Assist the lead electrician with all aspects of solar installation, including carrying equipment, setting up ladders, and preparing work areas.
Take the lead in safely and effectively cleaning solar panels to maximize efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance checks and visual inspections on systems.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Some experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Must have a two-wheeler for transportation to and from job sites.
