Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Operations Professional to oversee the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of solar power plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure maximum energy generation with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily performance of solar power plants and ensure smooth operations. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for solar modules, inverters, and related equipment. Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain operational logs, plant performance reports, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards during operations. Coordinate with project and technical teams for continuous performance improvement. Vendor management for spare parts, service support, and AMC requirements. Train and guide field technicians for routine O&M activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or related field. 2-5 years of experience in solar operations, maintenance, or commissioning. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels. Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective measures. Good communication skills and willingness to travel to project sites. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in solar industry.
